We cannot overemphasise the importance of context. We want to understand what’s under the hood of your business and, naturally, the purpose of your development initiative.
We want to talk to senior management – and we are highly cautious of moving further without their commitment. But we also want to experience the business through other lenses. We’ll take you advice about how to do that.
We expect a wealth of potential learning to emerge from these consultations – for you as well as us.
We’ll submit our approach, experience, expertise and people to your rigorous examination. Then, if we’re still keen to work together, we’ll submit our outline ideas for discussion. These ideas will include suggestions about evaluation and follow up / continued support.
Assuming we’ve still got a green light, we’ll develop a detailed and transparently costed programme.
We prefer to pilot new programmes wherever time and budget allows.
